Firni is a traditional rice custard cooked with milk and set in earthware containers. Seasoned with nutmeg power, rose water, sliced almond and pistachious and rose petals.

A traditional south indian breakfast dish made from semolina flour. 
Seasoned with mustard seeds, Dried red chili, Curry leaves, lentils and dried fruit. 
YUM as a tea time snack too!
